Valerie Concepcion: I’m not a victim

March 7, 2008

IS someone inspiring Valerie Concepcion?

She quickly said yes, but dismisses it as a new boyfriend. “God inspires me so much,” she said. “After the storm, He showed me light.”

In fact, she never considers herself as a victim. She doesn’t blame the father of her three-year-old daughter, Heather Fiona, for everything. Her coming to the world was a blessing. “I learned a lot from the experience,” she quantified.

Her daughter is now growing up without a father, but in time, she will tell her everything. “Ang kilala niyang daddy, daddy ko rin,” she said, laughing.

Valerie’s works keep her busy that she no longer entertains problems. Now, aside from hosting Wowowee, and endorsing beauty products, she is Vhong Navarro’s leading lady in the new comedy movie, “Supah Papalicious” under  Star Cinema which also stars Makisig Morales,  Pokwang, Mura and Empoy Marquez under the direction of Manong Gilbert Perez.
