BOOTS Anson-Roa, Mowelfund executive director, announces that on the 34th anniversary of the foundation, they will welcome back founder and chairman emeritus, former President Joseph “Erap” Estrada.

Today, March 29, Mowelfund will celebrate its 34th anniversary. It is in this regard that they are holding a celebration highlighted by a special tribute to Chairman Erap.
