The secret of PBB Teen Edition Plus housemate Ejay Falcon

ONE of the early favorites among the viewers of PBB Teen Edition Plus is the promdie hottie Ejay Falcon or E-J for short. The 18-year-old young man hails from Oriental Mindoro. He was born on November 21, 1989. He is six feet tall. He studies at University of Manila. Some groups have started urging people on the Internet to vote for him.

At first glance, Ejay doesn’t look the typical promdi. He holds himself with seemingly urban confidence ready to take on anything. But as one gets to know him, the truth about his hometown begins to show through. But is not something that he hides.

In a perfect Tagalog with deeply ingrained Mindoro accent (with shades of the Visayan), he will tell you that he grew up in the deep parts of Pola island that has not been reached by electricity and where people take their daily bath in the river.

Their only entertainment is basketball and community TV powered by generator that runs three hours daily from 6-9pm, enabling them to watch TV Patrol and early primetime soap.

Despite his timidity acquired from his rural origins and strict Christian upbringing, Ejay is courageous and determined, ready to take on anything just to free his family from the poverty that broke his parents’ marriage. He is hopeful that Pinoy Big Brother is the first big step to realizing this dream.
