SHARON Cuneta’s new show on TV5, “Sharon Kasama Mo, Kapatid,” will start with a clean slate and a positive note when it airs on Monday now that she and her aunt, Helen Gamboa, have kissed and made up. It was Helen’s hubby, Sen. Tito Sotto, who first confirmed that it was Sharon who initiated the move by sending a text message to Helen, who responded favourably. Now, they’re exchanging text messages with each other regularly.
“Sharon knows we love her very much and we treat her as our eldest child, our panganay,” he says. “Mas mabuti talaga kung when it comes to family, avoid politics na lang.”
Sharon herself feels relieved that everything is okay between them now. “I’m glad okay na ang lahat but I decided not to post it na lang sa twitter or anywhere as it’s a private thing between us,” she says.
“Hindi talaga puwedeng burahin ang pagmamahal namin sa isa’t isa.
Nagpakumbaba ako dahil hindi talaga ko puwedeng magmalaki sa kanya.
Birthday niya noong May 7 and I texted her and greeted her. I’m glad kung anuman ang nangyari sa amin is now over.”
Sharon’s show will be pre-programmed by two engaging Koreanovelas, “White Lies” (about a young woman abandoned by her boyfriend when she gets pregnant for a richer girl) and “I Love You a Thousand Times” (about a childless couple who hires a babymaker).
