David Diaz In High Spirits After Final Windy City Public Workout, Ready To Pulverize Manny Pacquiao!

CHICAGO, IL (JUNE 19, 2008) World Boxing Council Lightweight Champion David Diaz held a public workout for media and fans today at JABB Boxing Gym with Manager/Trainer Jim Strickland and Co-Trainer Mike Garcia.

Declaring himself “ready to go” Diaz was in great spirits with the huge media turnout and autographed posters for the many fans who attended.

The fistic debate as to who is the best will finally be settled Saturday, June 28, when World Boxing Council (WBC) super featherweight champion and No. 1 Pound for Pound fighter MANNY PACQUIAO (46-3-2, 34 KOs), challenges the pride of Chicago, WBC lightweight world champion DAVID DIAZ (34-1-1, 17 KOs), in a fight fittingly titled Pacquiao-Diaz Lethal Combination.
